At our cigar shop, we aggressively promote our best associates and love helping our employees find an effective work/life balance. Our compensation is competitive, and we offer everyone the opportunity to work a minimum of 38 hours per week. Often, our best employees choose to work overtime. We pay random performance bonuses, usually equal to two weeks of average pay every year - that’s two free paychecks annually. Our employees receive weekly pay, and we do not hold your first paycheck.
